Grammy-winning Colombian sensation Shakira is set to embark on a world tour later this year, with stops planned in North Texas.
Shakira revealed on Tuesday the itinerary for the first leg of her tour, spanning 12 cities in the United States and two in Canada. The North American leg kicks off on Nov. 2 in California and wraps up on Dec. 15 in Detroit.
Among the Texan destinations, Shakira will perform in San Antonio on Nov. 16 and at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on Nov. 17.
The tour is in celebration of Shakira's latest album, "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran" (Women No Longer Cry), released on March 22. This 17-track album marks the artist's first studio release in seven years.

- Dec. 8 - Boston, Massachusetts -- TD Garden

International tour dates are expected to be announced soon.
Tickets for the tour will be available to the public starting at 10 a.m. on April 22. Shakira's Wolfpack members who sign up before Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. ET can access a pre-sale beginning at 11 a.m. ET on Friday, April 19.
